By applying for a Dealer application I certify that the information provided is accurate and I am a authorized representative of the company for which I am applying for a dealer account. Suspension Maxx has a MAP minimum advertised pricing policy and there by applying for a dealer account you are accepting to abide by SuspensionMaxx polices including but not limited to the following:
SuspensionMAXX Authorized Dealers are required to promote the sale of SuspensionMAXX products, effectively respond to inquiries from customers, accept customer returns, represent SuspensionMAXX in a positive and professional manner, advertise responsibly, use SuspensionMAXX intellectual property only as authorized, and comply with all SuspensionMAXX policies. SuspensionMAXX reserves the right to revoke Authorized Dealer status from a reseller, or discontinue selling Products to any reseller, for any reason that we determine to be in the best interest of SuspensionMAXX.
Under this unilateral MAP policy, any consumer or public advertisement of SuspensionMAXX products must not result in a net price that is below the MAP price. SuspensionMAXX has established a minimum advertised price for each part number. These prices are published on the SuspensionMAXX price sheet and are available to direct customers as well as resellers that purchase directly from a distributor. Net price is defined as the price less the value of any advertised discounts or instant rebates. Free shipping or free installation may be included at the MAP price.
This policy applies to all forms of public or consumer advertising included but not limited to television, radio, print advertising, catalogs, letters, coupons, internet advertising, email solicitations, websites, or online auctions. Advertisements must not indicate a price lower than MAP is available. It is a violation of this policy if the lowest price displayed to the consumer is shown with a strike-through or obliteration, or with test indicating that lower pricing is available. Internet advertisements or auctions that do not show an actual un-obliterated price must not allow the consumer to click to see the price unless the price shown is at or above MAP price. If the consumer must add the item to a shopping cart to see the advertised price, then the price shown must be at or above MAP price.
This policy does not determine, control, or influence the price at which distributors sell SuspensionMAXX products. It does not establish maximum advertised prices or require specific prices to be advertised. This policy does not apply to the actual price a product is sold in a retail location, over the telephone, or in response to a consumer inquiry. This policy does not include price tags or signs located within a physical retail store and not visible from outside the store. Distributors are entirely free to set their own prices for SuspensionMAXX products.
If you wish to return your SuspensionMAXX product please contact us by phone or email. You must notify us within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Non-warranty returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and all shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be in new condition (No Exceptions), any cosmetic wear or damage from improper packaging in return shipping will increase the restocking fee to 25%. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and insurance fee (if desired). Please print your daytime phone contact number on the original invoice, and enclose it in the return shipment. Also, please print the order number on the outside of the carton being used for return shipment. Our staff will inspect returned products, and issue credit promptly. No returns after 30 days from date of delivery. If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, we do offer exchanges at no additional charge within 30 days.
