MAXXStak provides an economical alternative to expensive lift kits.
We take into consideration that Ford’s recent pickups are designed with a taller front end. A great amount of lift isn’t required to equalize the level of the front and rear of the vehicle. So, you’ll find the one and a half inch height increase provided by SMX-10340 works just right. Also, MAXXStak can be used to restore the “perkiness” of front suspensions that have sagged over time.
Simply insert the MAXXStak spacers between the lower coil spring mount and axle pad. Anti-Rotate coil mount tabs keep the coil mount locked in place. For strength and long life, spacers are made from solid metal rather than polyurethane. So there is no cracking, or sagging. Next install the included ShoX-Xtenders which allow the stock shocks to be used, thereby maintaining the smooth factory ride and avoiding the cost of purchasing longer shocks.
All SuspensionMAXX MAXXStak kits contain premium quality hardware, including high tensile strength 10.9 grade metric fasteners, and locking nuts. SMX-10340 comes with all the parts and hardware you need to get the job done right, and installation requires no cutting or drilling – making it completely reversible. Installation takes approximately 2 hours to complete when using appropriate tools, and is supported by the SuspensionMAXX Technical Support Program.

Measure the sway bar end link from the center line of the lower mounting point to the centerline of the upper mounting point. Our links are built to the specific center to center measurements.
First select the link style you need based on your year make and model. Then add the desired measurement to the end of the part number. For example, if you need an 8-1/2 “ sway bar end link for your 2006 Dodge Ram 2500. The link style would be SMX-1226. The 8.5” version would be SMX-122685 or for an 8” version SMX-122680. We can build you a sway bar link for your RAM up to 12” Center to Center! Depending on your model Please verify the style of end link you need for your truck. Dodge has changed the sway bar links in some cases every two years and we have done our best to narrow the sway bar links down to the exact year make and model.
Lift kits often come with screw on extensions for your sway bar links or they use a drop bracket for the frame that allows you to keep the OE sway bar links. Most drop brackets are 2.0 -2.5” and also move the sway bar forward for additional clearance to the coil spring.
We experienced and had customers try the Adjustable Heim joint style end links and at first they are great. As the Heim joints wear over time they end up loose and noisy. No longer capable of keeping the sway bar firmly mounted to the axle.
Your sway bar should be on a neutral angle, parallel with the frame.

You must notify us within 90 days of receiving your shipment. Non-warranty returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and all shipping charges are nonrefundable. Items must be in new condition (No Exceptions), any cosmetic wear or damage from improper packaging in return shipping will increase the restocking fee to 25%. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and insurance fee (if desired). Our staff will inspect returned products, and issue credit promptly. No returns after 90 days from date of delivery. If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, we do offer exchanges at no additional charge within 90 days.
