SuspensionMAXX ShoX-Xtender Shock Extension Kits allows the original shocks on your 2004-2008 Chevrolet Colorado 4x4 or GMC Canyon 4x4 to remain in place when you have lift shackles installed. Part number SMX-3551509 provides a 1.5” spacer between the rear shock mounting points and shock absorbers to prevent over extension during extreme suspension travel, and to help maintain the stock ride and handling characteristics. ShoX-Xtender Shock Extension Kits help keep costs low by allowing vehicle owners to use the original shocks when lift shackles are installed; the purchase of expensive longer shocks isn’t necessary.
CNC precision formed solid steel spacers provide ultra-rigid and strong shock mount structure. Spacers and braces are e-coated for corrosion resistance. Kits include solid steel ShoX-Xtenders, braces and Grade 8 hardware. 100% American Made and covered by the MAXX Structural Lifetime Warranty.
ShoX-Xtender kits are easily installed and are completely reversible to factory settings. Installation can be accomplished in just 1.5-2 hours and is supported by the SuspensionMAXX Technical Support Program.

Return Policy
If you wish to return your SuspensionMAXX product please contact us by phone or email. Fill out the Return Form Bellow and mail it back with your return. You must notify us within 90 days of receiving your shipment. Non-warranty returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and all shipping charges are nonrefundable. Items must be in new condition (No Exceptions), any cosmetic wear or damage from improper packaging in return shipping will increase the restocking fee to 25%. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and insurance fee (if desired). Our staff will inspect returned products, and issue credit promptly. No returns after 90 days from date of delivery. If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, we do offer exchanges at no additional charge within 90 days.
