The SuspensionMAXX MAXXCam 9 Adjustable Torsion Bar Leveling Kit replaces your stock torsion bar keys with an adjustable design that enables you to lift, level or lower the front suspension of your GM Heavy Duty truck just the right amount for your needs. MAXXCam 9 provides 1”-2.5” of adjustable lift height. SMX-MC9 is engineered for 2020 -2024 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD 4x4 trucks.
Rather than being a standard one position torsion bar key, MAXXCam 9 incorporates a patented internal gear adjustment mechanism that raises or lowers the suspension in increments – with a choice of seven positions. MAXXCam can be calibrated to any amount of corrected height and degree torsion bars require with controlled preload and no degradation in handling or ride quality. MAXX Cam 9 torsion bar keys are precision manufactured using 4140 heat-treated alloy steel for high strength, and feature Industrial strength powder coating for added protection from the elements.
As of 2017, the Chevrolet and GMC Heavy Duty truck’s upper control arms are constructed with forged steel that is stronger and lighter than the previous arms, while new lower arms are cast iron to maximize load capacity. Additionally, distinctive torsion bars are used for each gross weight rating to allow improved control over vehicle height, resulting in improved handling and better alignment for reduced tire wear. MAXXCam 9 complements these new components and includes shock extensions so original shocks can be used – thereby maintaining the comfortable stock ride and reducing installation expense. SMX-MC9 is multi powertrain compatible – applicable both gas and diesel engine trucks in one kit.
MAXXCam 9 kits include all required hardware including differential relocation spacers to maintain proper axle shaft geometry. MAXXCam is a lower cost option to high-priced full lift kits. Quick to install when using the SuspensionMAXX torsion bar unloader tool, requires no extensive modifications to the vehicle, and is completely reversible. Made in the USA. MAXXCam 9 installation takes approximately 1-2 hours using the SuspensionMAXX 2011 Super 'T' MAXX tool, and is supported by the SuspensionMAXX Technical Support Program. Covered by the MAXX Structural Lifetime Warranty.

Measure the sway bar end link from the center line of the lower mounting point to the centerline of the upper mounting point. Our links are built to the specific center to center measurements.
First select the link style you need based on your year make and model. Then add the desired measurement to the end of the part number. For example, if you need an 8-1/2 “ sway bar end link for your 2006 Dodge Ram 2500. The link style would be SMX-1226. The 8.5” version would be SMX-122685 or for an 8” version SMX-122680. We can build you a sway bar link for your RAM up to 12” Center to Center! Depending on your model Please verify the style of end link you need for your truck. Dodge has changed the sway bar links in some cases every two years and we have done our best to narrow the sway bar links down to the exact year make and model.
Lift kits often come with screw on extensions for your sway bar links or they use a drop bracket for the frame that allows you to keep the OE sway bar links. Most drop brackets are 2.0 -2.5” and also move the sway bar forward for additional clearance to the coil spring.
We experienced and had customers try the Adjustable Heim joint style end links and at first they are great. As the Heim joints wear over time they end up loose and noisy. No longer capable of keeping the sway bar firmly mounted to the axle.
Your sway bar should be on a neutral angle, parallel with the frame.

Will this kit allow me to run 37” x 12.50” x 20” tires on my 2020 gmc 2500 Denali? December 23, 2019 8:51pm
Many customers are clearing 37/12.50/20s with the SMX-MC9. Due to variations in tire manufacturer specifications, some tires may have a slight rub at full turn.
What tire size is on these two trucks above? Any lift blocks in the rear? November 6, 2019 6:29pm
37" x 12.50" x 20 tires on both AT4 GMC 2500HD trucks.
Both AT4 trucks to my knowledge are not running a block or any lift in the rear.

You must notify us within 90 days of receiving your shipment. Non-warranty returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and all shipping charges are nonrefundable. Items must be in new condition (No Exceptions), any cosmetic wear or damage from improper packaging in return shipping will increase the restocking fee to 25%.
